Yes your pets (domestic variety) are welcome. Dogs must be on a leash or in a fenced-in yard.
5) WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR INSIDE MY YARD AND HOME?
While Station Grounds maintains and landscapes all of the common areas, you are responsible for your home and your private property (your lot). Feel free to plant a small garden with flowers or vegetables! We have many Station Grounds residents who take great pride in the hands-on care of their yards and gardens (and have even won gardening awards)!
6) DO MANUFACTURED HOMES IN STATION GROUNDS NEED RELEVELING?
All Manufactured Homes will need to be relevelled at some point or another and most home builders recommend relevelling every two years for warrantee reasons. However, few residents of Station Grounds actually level their home that often, with many only relevelling once every six years or so. A basic relevel costs around $500.00 and we have good relationships with local professionals who can get the job done right.

There is a Property Manager available to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding the Station Grounds property. In addition there is an on-site Tenant Coordinator to respond to any questions, concerns or issues you may have.
